Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our Chennai team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of the office and acting as a primary point of contact for our scholarly clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing professional communications with international scholarly clients via phone and email.
  • Supervising document preparation and high-quality formatting using MS Word.
  • Scheduling and coordinating academic workshops and events.
  • Overseeing office maintenance and administrative record-keeping.
  • Assisting senior management in project coordination and resource allocation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in office coordination or administrative roles.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
