Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our Chennai team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of the office and acting as a primary point of contact for our scholarly clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing professional communications with international scholarly clients via phone and email.
- Supervising document preparation and high-quality formatting using MS Word.
- Scheduling and coordinating academic workshops and events.
- Overseeing office maintenance and administrative record-keeping.
- Assisting senior management in project coordination and resource allocation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in office coordination or administrative roles.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
